In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.

Marked as 'fort' and shown as enclosure with a modern field fence crossing it on 1835 ed. of OS 6-inch map. Only slight traces of an earthwork now remain. (CLAJ 1908, 38)
