The National Monuments Service's description
This togher, orientated ENE-WSW, consisted of a dense layer (Wth 2.4m; D 0.4m) of longitudinal oak roundwood, some of which was split and trimmed, and a number of outlying hazel pegs. The togher may have been exposed for some time as the condition of the timbers was poor.
