Lying at the W end of the nave of the medieval church (KK024-062001-) of Tullaherin. There are three other graveslabs (KK024-062003-; KK024-062011-; KK024-062012-) within the church. The upper half of a tapering graveslab (L 0.8m; Wth at top 0.52m) with chamfered sides. The slab is decorated with an incised three-armed plain cross and cross-shaft. The head is decorated fleur-de-lys terminals, with a knop at the base of each fleur-de-lys. The upper surface of the slab is quite badly spalled. The lower portion of this slab is missing.
