The National Monuments Service's description
In a flat tilled field amid rolling grassland, in the valley floor a little above the flood plain. There are clear views across the valley in all directions. The arc of a large enclosure (diam. c. 60m) was identified as a cropmark on an aerial photograph (CUCAP BDL 33, 1970). The monument is transected by a field boundary running NE-SW. The enclosure is not visible at ground level.
