The National Monuments Service's description
Children's Burial Ground: This site was recently levelled during land improvement operations. It was marked as a subrectangular area on both editions of the OS map and contained a 'few graves marked by small stones' (Henry 1957, 107).
The above description is derived from A. O'Sullivan and J. Sheehan (compilers), 'The Iveragh peninsula: an archaeological survey of South Kerry'. Cork University Press (1996), no. 1044. In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
