In poorly drained rough pasture/scrub land with fulacht fia (KE060-079----) 130m to NNW. Stream marking townland boundary with Maughantoorig 30m to S. Present remains consist of a sub-circular shaped area (diam. c. 18m N-S x 14m E-W; ext. diam. c. 30m N-S x 25m E-W) defined by a scarp and fosse both of which are transected at E by a field boundary running N-S. No visible trace of earthwork on E side of field boundary. Outline of earthwork visible on Digital Globe orthoimage taken 2011-13.
