The National Monuments Service's description

Within a rath (KE059-008----). The remains of a collapsed, roughly circular hut (diam. c. 11m NE-SW; c. 10m NW-SE) defined by a low earthen bank which is best preserved along the NE arc where it is stone-faced. The hut is open to the SW where an entrance may have been located. Another hut site (KE059-008001-) adjoins this hut along the NW arc externally.
