The National Monuments Service's description
In poorly drained pasture, on the break of a S-facing slope. This rath is indicated on the 1846 OS 6-inch map as a circular enclosure (diam. c. 30m), abutting a N-S field boundary at W. It is one of the two raths recorded in the 1840s as being 'about 10 chains [c. 200m]' apart (OSNB, Aghadoe, no. 1, 7).
