The National Monuments Service's description
In level pasture, c. 180m W of the Glanooragh River. This rath is not visible at ground level. A kink in the field boundary to the W may be associated with it. It is indicated on the 1894 OS 6-inch map as a circular area (diam. c. 40m) truncated by a NNW-SSE field boundary at W.
