The National Monuments Service's description
Internal diam. 29m E-W, 34m N-S
Lisnadromin/Lios na Dromann: This univallate ringfort is located about 150m W of KE044-017----, on a S facing slope at the foot of the central mountain ridge. It is bisected E-W by a field fence and both sections are very poorly preserved. The S half consists of a level platform which rises a maximum of 1.75m above the external ground level. The NW quadrant is defined by an earth and stone bank, less than .5m high and c. 0.75m wide. The bank along the NE quadrant has been largely obscured by upcast from a drain which skirts its outer edge. The only features visible in the interior are 2 parallel lines of stones which run southwards from the field fence. These define an area 5.5m long x 1.5m wide and could possibly be part of a souterrain.
The above description is derived from J. Cuppage, ‘Corca Dhuibhne. Dingle Peninsula archaeological survey. Ballyferriter. Oidhreacht Chorca Dhuibhne’ (1986), no. 397. In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
