The National Monuments Service's description
A few metres from the W bank of the stream flowing northwards along this valley, is a barely discernible circular mound no more than 5m in diameter. The grass cover apparently conceals a spread of burnt stones (local information).
The above description is derived from J. Cuppage, ‘Corca Dhuibhne. Dingle Peninsula archaeological survey. Ballyferriter. Oidhreacht Chorca Dhuibhne’ (1986), no. 247. In certain instances the entries have been revised and updated in the light of recent research.
