Internal diameter 33.6m N-S, 34m E-W
This univallate rath is situated in a large marshy field, but good views are afforded in all directions. It consists of a circular area enclosed by an earthen bank and exterior fosse. The S part of the enclosing bank has been levelled and only appears as a slight rise above the surrounding land; elsewhere it is 1.2m high externally, .8m above the interior and measures c 5m in width at the base. The fosse, enclosing most of the site except to the S sector, is 2.2m wide and .7m below the height of the surrounding land. No entrance feature could be noted, but numerous cattle breaks exist in the bank.
