The National Monuments Service's description
Described in 1955 as a circular ringfort (ext. diam. c. 50m) defined by traces of an earthen bank and an outer fosse (SMR file). The monument lay near the bottom of a long, gentle S-facing slope in improved tillage. Local field boundaries, recorded on the latest ed. (1911) of the OS 6-inch map, have been removed creating one very large field, and, while no visible surface trace of the monument survives, sub-surface features may survive intact.
