The National Monuments Service's description
One of five sites (KD013-028---- to KD013-032----) recorded in Prosperous bog, part of the Bord na Móna Coolnamona group of works, and all classified by ADS Ltd. as 'sightings of archaeological wood'. Two sites (KD013-029---- and KD013-032----) were dated AD1010 to 1260 and AD1300 to 1450.
KD013-028---- comprised three portions of brushwood in section in a drain face. (ADS Ltd. 'Site Code PPS001')
