Killiney (Cill Iníon Léinín/church of the seven daughters of Léinín) monastery founded in the 6th-century by its patron saint Aighleann and her sisters, church ruins (DU026-013001-) in Killiney graveyard (DU026-013002-), Co. Dublin. Killiney church ruins (DU026-013001-) standing in Killiney graveyard (DU026-013002-) are located on the Marino Avenue West, leading E off Killiney Hill road. This well preserved building comprises a church of nave and chancel type with a N aisle added in the late medieval period. The church is dedicated to the daughters of the 6th-century Saint Lein. The walls survive to full height and are built of coursed granite blocks with dressed granite quoins. Entered through a W doorway in the nave which is flat-headed with a Latin cross inscribed on the soffit of the lintel.

The interior of nave (int. dims L 6.17m, Wth 3.92m) is lit by a single mullioned window in the S wall and an ope at the W end of the N wall. The chancel arch is round with inclined jambs and leads into a small chancel (int. dims L 3.45m, Wth 2.86m) which is lit by a square-headed opening with perpendicular jambs and an ope in the E side of the S wall. There is a cavity in the NE corner of the N wall. The N aisle is entered through a pointed arched doorway (int dims L 4.30m; Wth 3.64m-3.69m). Its interior is lit by a round-headed E window and two narrow opes in the N wall.
