The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, located on a terrace bordered on N side by a low rocky scarp (H 1-1.5m) which drops to a flat expanse of rush-grown ground stretching 100m N to the banks of a river. To S ground rises gradually in a series of limestone terraces. There is a spring well c. 10m to W at the base of the rocky scarp. This enclosure consists of a square area (9m E–W; 9m N–S) defined by a sod-covered stone bank/wall which is best preserved on the W and N sides (Wth 1.4m; int. H 0.85m; ext. H 0.2m at N). The S and E sides are much less substantial, with the E wall evident as a low, moss-covered rise (Wth 1m), and the S wall (Wth 0.6m; H 0.2m) consisting of little more than a gapped line of moss-covered stones. There is a break (Wth 1.6m) at the S end of the E wall. A slight surface depression is evident in the SW quadrant of the interior. The enclosure is conjoined at its NE corner with a possible house with a possible house (DG103-090002-). A cave adapted to serve as a souterrain (DG103-090001-) underlies the house and the enclosure. Two circular enclosures (DG103-088----; DG103-089----) are located upslope 100m to SW and 70m to SSW, respectively.
