The National Monuments Service's description
Coastal section Cosheen mining complex on E side Schull Harbour; further remains to E (CO140-037---). On S side of complex stands early 19th century circular magazine (int. diam 2.45m; wall thickness 0.85m); domed roof (max. H 2.4m) with central hole; remnants of porch to E. Steep sided aditjust N of magazine. Ruined boat house and slipway on N side complex; small gabled structure to S of boat house with walled enclosure to N. Adjacent to road on E side complex are ruins of 2-bay, 2-storey structure.
