The National Monuments Service's description
Remains of 19th century milling complex on N shore of Schull Harbour. Shown on OS 6-inch map (1901) as Barytes and Umber mill. Consists of two, single-storey structures and dilapidated quay. N structure has base of chimney on S elev. Lying around complex are nine millstones of various types.
