The National Monuments Service's description
In rough hill pasture, on the W bank of a stream. A horseshoe-shaped mound (10.5m E-W; 7m N-S; H 1.4m) of heat-shattered stones and charcoal-enriched soil. The opening (Wth 2m) faces E towards the stream.
