In pasture, on W-facing slope. Depicted as hachured circular enclosure on 1842 OS 6-inch map with well in SW quadrant; indicated as field boundary which curves to respect site NE->WSW on 1904 and 1938 OS 6-inch maps. Circular area (diam. 29.1m) defined by nearly levelled bank to W and N which survives as numerous undulations; denuded earth and stone bank (int. H 1.3m; ext. H 0.5m) survives E->SE with stones exposed on its surface. Interior surface rough and undulating; littered with field clearance stones. Recorded by Bowman (1934, 548) as levelled.
