The National Monuments Service's description
In pasture, on steep N-facing slope, on W side of Moynass Mountain. Subcircular area (26m N-S; 26 E-W) enclosed by earthen bank (int. H 0.4m; ext. H 1.5m) on N side; low denuded earthen bank on E side; inward-facing scarp (H c. 0.5m) on S side; with substantial field boundary S->NW. Numerous gaps worn through bank. Remains of stone facing noted on bank to N and on scarp to S. Interior slopes down to N; raised on N side to compensate for hillslope. No visible surface trace of enclosure on W side of field boundary; drain cut along E side of field boundary.
