The National Monuments Service's description

In one of many natural hollows at the SE end of the Slievecarran plateau and within a field system (CL006-042001-) extending all over the plateau. A possible circular hut site (diam. c. 5m) visible on Digital Globe (2011-13) and noted by Ros Ó Maoldúin. An enclosure (CL006-196----) lies c. 7m to the SW within the same hollow.
