The National Monuments Service's description
Situated on the W slopes of Knockauns Mountain within a large multiperiod field system (CL004-027001-). A subcircular enclosure (diam. c. 47m) visible on Digital Globe (2011-13). A field wall (which also forms the boundary between the baronies of Burren to the N and Corcomroe to the S) cuts across the enclosure from NW to SE.
