Il s'agit d'une exploitation agro-industrielle organisée autour de deux espaces bien distincts : la maison principale et ses annexes, et la distillerie. L'habitat principal, bâti entre 1929 et 1937, présente une structure métallique avec un remplissage en béton, un sol en carrelage et une couverture en tôle. Ses caractéristiques d'origine sont toujours préservées tandis que les bâtiments annexes ont été conservés et transformés. La distillerie, fermée depuis 1973, a été partiellement détruite en 1989. Cependant, les roues hydrauliques, les vestiges du canal, une partie du matériel de distillation sont toujours en place.

History
This is an agro-industrial operation organised around two distinct spaces: the main house and its annexes, and the distillery.
