Cet édifice, datant de 1932, est l'oeuvre de l'architecte Marcel Chappey. La salle des fêtes comportait au sous-sol une vaste salle de gymnastique (actuellement lieu de réception) et une « justice de paix » à l'étage, occupée aujourd'hui par des bureaux. L'entresol a été transformé en 1960 et 1988 et les vitraux de Louis Barillet qui ornaient les baies à cet endroit ont été remontés dans le grand hall. History
This building, dating from 1932, is the work of architect Marcel Chappey. The banqueting hall comprised in the basement a vast gymnasium (currently a reception room) and a "justice of the peace" on the upper floor, now occupied by offices. The mezzanine was transformed in 1960 and 1988 and the stained glass windows by Louis Barillet which adorned the openings at this location were re-installed in the grand hall. The railings of the grand staircase of the latter are preserved and are signed by Raymond Subes. The foyer is distinguished by its three openings opening onto the balcony. The façade adorned with openings fitted with ironwork grilles by Subes and mosaics by Barillet is identical to its original state.
