Property constituted in the 17th century. Dwelling of original 18th century (only the perpendicular wing remains). Façade remodelled in the 19th century, vestibule transformed into a chapel. Property purchased in 1845 by the Fathers of the Sacred Heart of Picpus, then in 1887 by the Sisters of Saint-Thomas of Villeneuve who had medical and rest buildings erected.
