La propriété comportant la villa et son parc est l'une des créations les plus intéressante de l'architecte Louis Quetelart, en 1933. Celui ci est le créateur du style "Touquettois Moderne" qui a contribué à forger l'identité du Touquet. Commandée par Jean Savard, qui dirige la société Bijoux Fix, la Villa Clairbois est dans la lignée des grandes demeures des années 1930 par son ampleur et ses dispositions. Deux pignons tournés vers le jardin lui donnent une silhouette très particulière qu'on retrouve sur les villas du Touquet. Les pièces de réception forment une enfilade jusqu'au jardin et son miroir d'eau. La grande baie de la salle à manger et les trois poteaux du patio couvert d'un auvent rendent lisible l'étirement du plan, dont l'horizontalité est soulignée par les menuiseries, les lignes du balcon, les marches de la terrasse et et le linteau des fenêtres du fumoir. Les menuiseries vertes, les tuiles brunes et la brique des cheminées donnent une certaine polychromie à l'ensemble.

History
The property comprising the villa and its park is one of the most interesting creations of architect Louis Quetelart, in 1933. He is the creator of the "Touquettois Moderne" style which contributed to forging the identity of Le Touquet. Commissioned by Jean Savard, who directs the Bijoux Fix company, Villa Clairbois follows the pattern of the great residences of the 1930s by its scale and its dispositions. Two gables facing the garden give it a very particular silhouette that is found on the villas of Le Touquet. The reception rooms form an enfilade extending to the garden and its water feature. The large opening of the dining room and the three posts of the patio covered with an awning make legible the stretching of the plan, whose horizontality is emphasized by the joinery, the lines of the balcony, the steps of the terrace and the lintel of the windows of the smoking room. The green joinery, the brown tiles and the brick of the chimneys give a certain polychromy to the whole.
