Construction de Famin d'inspiration toscane du Quattrocento. Pavillon du Verger (détaché du parc du château de Rambouillet et rattaché au domaine du Roi de Rome) édifié pendant la première moitié du 18e siècle, surélevé au 19e siècle.

History
Palace of the King of Rome built by Auguste Famin from 1809 to 1815, at the location of the Government hotel built in 1787 by Jacques-Jean Thévenin, and of which it retains the low wings bordering the courtyard up to the street. Famin's construction of Quattrocento Tuscan inspiration. Pavilion of the Orchard (detached from the park of the château de Rambouillet and attached to the domain of the King of Rome) erected during the first half of the 18th century, raised in height in the 19th century.
