Hotel built in 1880 by Julien Bayard, modified in 1912 by Emile Hochereau. Decoration of wood panelling and stained glass dated 1926, signed Champigneulle. Ceiling paintings dating from 1882, executed by Horace de Callias. The building has belonged to the Peruvian government since 1958.
