Ces trois publicités peintes sur le pignon de l'immeuble ont été révélées lors de la dépose d'une structure en bois adossée au pignon. Seulement deux ont pu être conservées et sont datées respectivement de 1907 et 1909. Elles sont les oeuvres des peintres Defoly et Eugène Vavasseur. La première vante les mérites de la liqueur Bénédictine et la seconde ceux des peintures Ripolin. L'une comme l'autre présentent un très bon état de conservation et se distiguent par la qualité de leurs couleurs. Elles demeurent, aujourd'hui, un témoignage des publicités à l'intérieur des villes.

History
These three painted advertisements on the gable of the building were revealed when a timber structure leaning against the gable was removed. Only two were able to be preserved and are dated respectively 1907 and 1909. They are the works of the painters Defoly and Eugène Vavasseur. The first praises the merits of Bénédictine liqueur and the second those of Ripolin paints. Both present a very good state of preservation and are distinguished by the quality of their colours. They remain, today, a testimony to advertisements in city centres.
