Immeuble de rapport construit en 1838 à la suite du lotissement du quartier de la place Saint-Georges. L'immeuble conserve un porche au décor néoclassique et toutes les menuiseries d'origine. Dans le corps de bâtiment donnant sur les deux rues se trouve un escalier à noyau central ouvert. Un oculus zénithal au centre d'une coupole décorée, éclaire la cage d'escalier de plan ovale.

History
Apartment building constructed in 1838 following the subdivision of the Saint-Georges square district. The building retains a porch with neoclassical decoration and all original joinery. In the building body overlooking the two streets is found an open central-core staircase. An oculus ceiling light at the centre of a decorated cupola illuminates the oval-plan stairwell.
