L'organisation spatiale est adaptée au contexte géographique, avec double circulation intérieure et extérieure et accès de plain pied aux différents niveaux qui concentrent l'ensemble des activités ménagères et agricoles. En 1980, la tôle a remplacé les ancelles d'épicéa et les ardoises de Morzine. Le bois est utilisé pour la charpente et les parois du fenil. Le bâtiment comprend des caves au premier niveaux ; le logis des gens et des bêtes au deuxième niveaux ; le fenil au troisième. Un four à pain complète l'ensemble. La maison disposait d'un grenier qui a été déplacé.

History
Farm built in 1815, but presenting earlier roof-structure elements. The spatial organisation is adapted to the geographical context, with double internal and external circulation and level access to the different storeys which concentrate all domestic and agricultural activities. In 1980, sheet metal replaced the spruce shingles and Morzine slates. Wood is used for the roof structure and the walls of the hay loft. The building comprises cellars on the first storey; the dwelling of people and animals on the second storey; the hay loft on the third. A bread oven completes the ensemble. The house had a granary which was moved.
