La maison semble résulter de la réunion de constructions plus anciennes, du 17e siècle. La façade sur rue est de style néo-classique. Les décors intérieurs, principalement du 18e siècle, se composent de cheminées en pierre avec trumeaux à stucs, de grands panneaux peints à sujets mythologiques, de dessus de portes peints... History
House built from 1782 by architect Deval for the Grimardias family, a family enriched in trade with the Americas. The house appears to result from the union of older constructions from the 17th century. The street façade is in neo-classical style.
