Immeuble de rapport néo-haussmanien, commandé en 1903 à l'architecte Emile Chassaigne. De style Beaux-arts néo-Louis XVI, il suit le modèle de l'immeuble bourgeois parisien, avec son balcon continu le long du dernier niveau, et sa tourelle d'angle sous coupole. Un passage d'entrée couvert dessert une cour intérieure qui possède deux cages d'escalier : une cage dans-oeuvre avec des baies rampantes ; une cage hors-oeuvre à toit terrasse, ayant la particularité de contenir deux escaliers côte-à-côte, l'un d'honneur avec un ascenseur, l'autre de service.

History
Neo-Haussmann apartment building, commissioned in 1903 from architect Emile Chassaigne. Of Beaux-arts neo-Louis XVI style, it follows the model of the Parisian bourgeois apartment building, with its continuous balcony along the top level, and its corner turret under cupola. A covered entrance passage serves an interior courtyard which has two staircases: an interior staircase with sloping bays; an exterior staircase with a roof terrace, having the particularity of containing two staircases side-by-side, one principal staircase with a lift, the other a service staircase.
