House built by Marcel Lods for his own use, in 1974. Lods applies in condensed form the constructive principles he adopts in collective and industrial housing: use of prefabricated structural elements; enhanced insulation; large aluminium-profiled openings; heating and air conditioning from movable cassettes in false ceilings with integrated lighting; great simplicity of volumes.
