De l'hôtel de Fontenay, sur lequel l'édifice actuel a été bâti, sont conservés un escalier en vis et les vestiges de l'ancienne salle des gardes. La maison fut transformée et réaménagée aux 17e et 18e siècle, notamment avec la construction du porche d'entrée. History
From the hôtel de Fontenay, on which the present building was constructed, are preserved a spiral staircase and the remains of the former guardroom. The house was transformed and refurbished in the 17th and 18th centuries, notably with the construction of the entrance porch. The house is composed of several building units of different periods forming, at the rear, a fairly disparate ensemble. The entrance porch, constructed in the late 17th or early 18th century, opens onto a covered passage, with a pisé ceiling and exposed joists. Interior, the office is decorated with wainscoting. The dining room retains a set of 19th-century woodwork. The great hall comprises an 18th-century ensemble with a 19th-century ceiling with exposed triangular joists, as well as an alcove.
