Cet hôtel, construit par monsieur et madame Amédée Prouvost-Yon vers 1880, a été loué à Auguste Lepoutre à partir de 1902. A partir de 1940 environ, le commissariat de police s'y est installé. Il s'agit d'un hôtel d'industriel, entre cour et jardin, avec ses écuries, dont les dispositions sont encore bien conservées. Au rez-de-chaussée, trois salons côté jardin conservent des décors restés dans leur état initial, notamment des cheminées et boiseries moulurées. A l'étage, au bout du palier, existait une chapelle privée.

History
This hôtel, built by Monsieur and Madame Amédée Prouvost-Yon around 1880, was rented to Auguste Lepoutre from 1902. From around 1940, the police station established itself there. It is an industrialist's hôtel, between courtyard and garden, with its stables, whose dispositions are still well preserved. On the ground floor, three drawing rooms on the garden side retain decorations which have remained in their original state, notably fireplaces and moulded woodwork. On the storey, at the end of the landing, there was a private chapel.
