L'ancienne batterie de plan semi-circulaire a été construite à l'extrême fin du 17e siècle. La nouvelle batterie comporte une enceinte et un corps de garde crénelé de type 1846 n°3, daté de 1859. Il a été découronné et merlonné après 1880, puis recouvert de terre. Seule la façade sud du réduit est apparente. Le magasin à munitions est sous roc. Le désarmement a eu lieu en 1915-1916.

History
The old battery of semi-circular plan was built at the very end of the 17th century. The new battery comprises an enclosure and a machicolated guard house of type 1846 no. 3, dated 1859. It was crowned and crenellated after 1880, then covered with earth. Only the south façade of the redoubt is apparent. The ammunition store is under rock. The disarmament took place in 1915-1916.
