Ce monument fut édifié, en 1922, à partir du projet du sculpteur Eugène Delpech. Il représente une femme avec un enfant debout à ses côtés. Elle tient dans sa main le « Livre dOr de la Grande Guerre » contenant les noms de toutes les victimes. Une inscription sur le socle est destinée à lenfant : « Noublides pas Pichiou, lous que soun mors per la Patriou - 1918 » (Noublies pas ceux qui sont morts pour la Patrie).

History
This monument was erected, in 1922, from the project of sculptor Eugène Delpech. It represents a woman with a child standing at her side. She holds in her hand the "Golden Book of the Great War" containing the names of all the victims. An inscription on the base is intended for the child: "Noublides pas Pichiou, lous que soun mors per la Patriou - 1918" (Do not forget those who died for the Fatherland).
