L'hôtel est occupé par la famille Sevin de 1508 à 1923. Il représente le vestige d'une maison du 14e siècle et l'un des derniers hôtels particuliers d'Agen ayant conservé logis, communs, cour intérieure et clôture. Partiellement reconstruit au 17e siècle, remanié au 19e, l'hôtel se compose d'un logis nord et d'un logis sud reliés par une tour d'escalier.

History
The hôtel is occupied by the Sevin family from 1508 to 1923. It represents the remains of a house of the 14th century and one of the last private townhouses of Agen having preserved main dwelling, outbuildings, interior courtyard and enclosure. Partially rebuilt in the 17th century, altered in the 19th, the hôtel consists of a northern main dwelling and a southern main dwelling connected by a staircase tower.
