History
Built at the site of an inn that welcomed pilgrims going to Santiago de Compostela and Le Puy, this farm was constructed in the 17th century (main dwelling) and enlarged in the 18th and 19th centuries (outbuildings). Its vernacular architecture, realized in local materials, is characteristic of the Meygal region, and has retained the essentials of its old arrangements, notably the pebble courtyard, the well and the watering trough. Inside, the kitchen includes an original feature: a pivoting crane allows drawing water from two stone reservoirs.
