History
Both a fortified house and classical construction, the majority of the house dates from the early 15th century. Subsequently, it was updated to the taste of various periods, particularly in the 17th and 19th centuries with the addition of a wing and the restoration of the interior decoration. The latter is varied, with doors and fireplaces from the late 16th or early 17th century, some ceilings from the same period and some decoration dating from the Restoration including period Charles X wallpaper. This building is testimony to the small rural seigneuries of the Vellay region.
