History
Building with a regular plan consisting of rooms arranged symmetrically around a central space with a square plan. A peristyle corridor connects the two lateral wings. The lateral pavilions have their angles decorated with medallions bearing symbolic representations: Phrygian caps, ivy and joined hands, symbols of the CGT, with the word "solidarity"; head and paws of a lion, oak branches, with the word "strength". The pavilion has, on the ground floor, reception halls and workshops; on the upper floor, the large audition hall, and staircases distributing the offices of the lateral wings.
