History
The church of Saint-Jacques de Laurède is a normally oriented edifice composed of a chevet in semi-circular apse, a nave of two bays flanked by two aisles and a defensive bell tower of the 14th century to the west. The south aisle dates from the 16th century; that of the north and the vaulting of the nave date from the 17th. The edifice is distinguished by a 17th-century entrance door very decorated, and rich furnishings executed by the brothers Mazzetti in the 1780s.
