L'église Saint-Pierre de Nerbis est une ancienne église prieurale comprenant une nef et un bas côté sud ouvrant sur un transept menant à un chevet à trois absides. En 1862, le logis et le cloître du prieuré sont détruits. Il ne subsiste du prieuré qu'une porte (cimetière) et l'église. Cette dernière a conservé des parties datant du 11e siècle (chevet, abside centrale et deux absidioles voûtées en cul-de-four). L'entrée du choeur est ornée de chapiteaux ornés inspirés de l'abbaye Saint-Sever. Un clocher fortifié a été construit au 14e siècle, mais sa partie haute a été détruite par un incendie au 16e siècle. L'église fut agrandie au 16e siècle par un collatéral. A cette époque, la nef et le bas-côté furent couverts de voûtes à liernes et tiercerons, avec des clés de voûte sculptées, dont l'une porte l'année 1547.

History
The church of Saint-Pierre of Nerbis is a former priory church comprising a nave and a southern aisle opening onto a transept leading to a chevet with three apses. In 1862, the main dwelling and cloister of the priory were destroyed. Only a door (cemetery) and the church remain of the priory. The latter has preserved parts dating from the 11th century (chevet, central apse and two apsidioles with cul-de-four vaults). The entrance to the choir is ornamented with decorated capitals inspired by the abbey of Saint-Sever. A fortified bell tower was built in the 14th century, but its upper part was destroyed by fire in the 16th century. The church was enlarged in the 16th century by a side aisle. At that time, the nave and aisle were covered with lierne and tiercerons vaults, with sculpted keystones, one of which bears the year 1547.
