Dated 1729, the malouinière is representative of simple buildings with three bays. The building is flanked by two small low wings comprising, one the latrines, the other a service room. The old courtyard (transformed into a garden) to the north, the garden to the south and a well complete the ensemble, which has undergone few alterations.
