History
This building, dating from 1637, is representative of proto-malouinières. The compact L-shaped plan with octagonal stair tower projecting from the rear of the main dwelling still reveals the influence of the architecture of the 15th-16th centuries. But its location on the periphery of Saint-Malo, the symmetry of the garden facade and the buttressed chimneys, link the building to the architecture of malouinières. The residence has retained its 17th century timber-partition walls.
