History
The property was built in the course of the 1720s. Its arrangement between courtyard and garden resembles that of an urban townhouse, while its architecture links it to the typology of malounières built at this period, on a "classical" model, of which it reproduces all the main characteristics: a rectangular plan and symmetrical composition of each principal façade, without ornamentation or pursuit of any particular effect.
