This building, built in 1789, is directly inspired by the model of the malouinière, with central block comprising the main rooms (drawing room and dining room), flanked by two lower pavilions, courtyard completely separated from the garden by the boundary wall, symmetrical architecture, without decoration. The ground floor rooms have retained their Louis XVI panelling.
