L'intérêt de cet ancien logis réside essentiellement dans son plafond peint dit « à la française ». Des poutres allant de mur à mur supportent des solives perpendiculaires. Trois poutres ont gardé leur décor et chaque face présente une dizaine de closoirs. Ce plafond témoigne d'une nouvelle manière de peindre: l'avènement, dans la deuxième moitié du 15ème siècle, de l'art du portrait, les visages stéréotypés laissant place à l'expressivité des traits. Il constitue un jalon important dans la connaissance de la société de la fin du 15ème siècle et de son accès aux arts décoratifs.

History
The interest of this former dwelling resides essentially in its painted ceiling known as "French style". Beams running from wall to wall support joists perpendicular to them. Fillets come to seal the space between them. These small boards bear painted scenes of great quality. Three beams have retained their decoration and each face presents about ten fillets. This ceiling testifies to a new manner of painting: the advent, in the second half of the 15th century, of the art of portraiture, stereotyped faces giving way to the expressiveness of features. It constitutes an important milestone in the knowledge of the society of the late 15th century and its access to decorative arts.
